Elias Holm


Elias Holm has gained a reputation as being among the most interesting up-and-coming Danish pianists of his generation, known as a versatile, passionate player with a vivid imagination and technical prowess.

He is currently finishing his studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Music with Jens Elvekjær and has previously studied at UdK Berlin with Klaus Hellwig and privately with Maria João Pires in her home in Portugal. Elias has won prizes at several Danish and international competitions, most recently at the P2 Chamber Music Competition and at the Copenhagen Lied-Duo Competition. He is highly sought after at music festivals and venues across Scandinavia, where he has performed both as a soloist and as a chamber musician and lied accompanist with leading artists of his generation. Elias has received scholarships from Sonning Fonden, Van Hauens legat og Augustinus Fonden among others.
